The Lake Rosseau North Association (LRNA) is a non-profit organization established in 1982 to represent the interests of property owners in the North Lake Rosseau and surrounding areas.
Its catchment area includes land fronting or extending from the shoreline of the north part of Lake Rosseau defined as property north of Skeleton Bay on the east side and north of the southerly boundary of Seguin Township on the west. The area encompasses the Village of Rosseau and surrounding areas and lakes within the defined territory.
The LRNA currently represents the interest of approximately 180 property owners and their families. The membership includes North Lake Rosseau lakefront property owners in Seguin Township and the Township of Muskoka Lakes as well as non-waterfront property owners who reside in the catchment area including the Village of Rosseau.
The Mission of the LRNA is to protect and improve the quality and enjoyment of life in the LRNA community by providing leadership, information and communication.
The LRNA Board of Directors is comprised of between 6-12 members which include a named President, Vice President, Secretary Treasurer who are elected for a one year period at an Annual General Meeting held in August each year. The work of the LRNA Board is conducted via mission-oriented committees. Each Board member has a direct role in providing leadership through their work on these committees.
