The Hall is a central community building in Rosseau; it houses the Rosseau branch of the Seguin Public Library and hosts our AGM each year. It was originally constructed in 1924 as a World War I memorial.
The LRNA’s Summer Social hosted a fundraiser on July 12, 2025. By being involved, the LRNA helps mobilize lake-community residents around heritage and civic engagement.

The Hall is more than a building: it’s a memorial, a community hub, and part of local identity for LRNA members (many of whom are cottage-owners or long-time residents), preserving the Hall helps maintain community cohesion and heritage.
The LRNA’s involvement in fundraising means we have a stake in how the Hall is restored — what features are preserve and how the space is used. The goal is to ensure the Hall remains a vibrant, accessible, and historically significant community hub for future generations while respecting its architectural heritage.
